At StyLooks, If your product is incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on stylooks.com website. Return request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Your satisfaction is our concern at StyLooks. We understand that sometimes things do not go according to plan, and we’re dedicated to making the process easy, fair, and stress-free.
Easy Returns:
For any kind of product issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product under seller warranty or brand warranty.
If any items found used will be rejected and returned back to customers. The item received is damaged a refund will be issued based on Stylooks assessment.
For any issues after usage or expiration of return policy period, please check if the item is covered under Seller.
Starting a Return:
The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
Refunds Policy:
Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
Exchanges:
While you return the product, please collect the Stylooks Return Acknowlegement Form, And contact with us. Keep one copy to yourself and we will keep another copy of it for the record.
Defective or Damaged Items
It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
